The Property Department at the Community Development Administration is an important player in creating the physical conditions for the municipality's administrations to deliver their welfare assignments. The department is responsible for the municipality's local supply, which includes both management and development of the municipality's property assets. We work both long-term and short-term with a holistic view for the municipality's best. Our tasks cover a wide range of issues, and the workdays are varied, all with freedom under responsibility. The Community Development Administration is located in Mörby Centrum, 14 minutes from T-Centralen. Here, we are about 60 employees who ensure that everyday life runs smoothly for everyone living, residing, and working in Danderyd Municipality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As the land manager, your daily work consists of ensuring a safe and efficient operation of the outdoor environment of the property portfolio. You are the contract manager for the contract covering summer and winter maintenance, where you plan and follow up on implementation in dialogue with the contractor. You will follow up and ensure that the equipment available at our property assets is inspected and safe to use. You will be the department's resource as a requirement setter in renovation and new construction projects. Furthermore, you will be responsible for planning changes or adaptations to the external environment on property land by taking initiatives and suggesting measures for operational optimization and cost efficiency. The assignment involves creating an accessible and aesthetically pleasing outdoor environment that is rational and economical to manage from a long-term property owner perspective. You will have great opportunities to influence how our outdoor environment is experienced and utilized by our tenants.

As the land manager, you will follow up on incoming cases, completed actions, and ensure that maintenance maps and instructions are updated and followed. In the assignment, you will conduct visits to the property portfolio's assets, where you independently follow up on maintenance, note, and compile improvement proposals regarding the outdoor environment. You will also be responsible for the Property Department's waste management issues, which include the placement and sizing of environmental houses. In the assignment, you will ensure that both residual waste and fractions for recycling can be handled in a way that does not negatively impact the outdoor environment and meets safety and work environment requirements.

The position also entails shared budget responsibility with the department's managers for the operations and maintenance budget, which means you will have the opportunity to influence actions and certain investments in the area. You will work closely with other colleagues within the department, such as property managers, operations staff, and project managers.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• KY/YH education focused on gardening or other education combined with experience that the employer deems equivalent
• Experience working with outdoor environment contracts
• Driver's license (B)
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing, as the work involves many contacts both internally and externally

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience as a supervisor in land or outdoor environment contracts
• Experience working in digital platforms and case management systems
